Shipping Policy
At Verdant Vinery, each plant is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and ready to thrive. We take a thoughtful approach to every order, minimizing stress during transit and preserving the health and integrity of each plant.
At this time, delivery is available within Metro Vancouver only. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with delivery scheduled to ensure plants are not exposed to extreme conditions. Delivery details and timing will be confirmed after your order is placed.
Shipping and delivery rates are calculated at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as plants should not be left outside for extended periods.
As living items, plants may experience minor stress during transport. This is normal and typically resolves once the plant has settled into its new environment.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Verdant Vinery, every plant is carefully selected, inspected, and prepared with intention. Because plants are living items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Natural variations in size, shape, and variegation are part of each plant’s uniqueness and are not considered defects. Minor stress during transit—such as slight leaf drop or softening—is normal and typically resolves with proper care.
